LEED® Canada for New Construction and Major Renovations version 1.0 is an adaptation of the US Green Building Council’s (USGBC) Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Green Building Rating System (LEED®), tailored specifically for Canadian climates, construction practices and regulations. It was adapted from the USGBC’s LEED-NC® 2.1 and influenced by anticipated changes planned for version 2.2.

Lime and rust remover

Product that removes deposits of lime and/or rust from the interior of the dishwasher. Lime and rust removers are used when no dishes or other dishwasher products are present.


Flooring material composed of a mixture of oxidized linseed oil, resin, and various fillers such as sawdust, ground cork, mineral filler and coloring material. It is usually made in sheets or rolls and is often confused with sheet vinyl. It tends to discolour when subjected to conventional strippers and high pH cleaners.
